Tumbled Surface Finish

In tumbled finishing,after the stone is cut into suitable or standard dimensions and its thickness is uniformly calibrated, the stone surface is pre-sanded and it becomes smooth and semi-matte, then the stones are placed in large and special pots. At the same time as the stones inside the pot, a large amount of special metal balls and pebbles are mixed in proportion to each other and the device creates a rotating field between the stones and balls. The sharp edges of the stone are turned into a quarter circle and the surface of the stone turns into a worn leather state. Generally tumbled processing is used in the arrangement of French patterns. The use of tumbled stone is mostly used in landscaping and the exterior and interior building designs.
