Tumbled Surface Finish

In tumbled finishing, after the stone is cut into suitable or standard dimensions and its thickness is uniformly calibrated, the stone surface is pre-sanded and it becomes smooth and semi-matte, then the stones are placed in large and special pots. At the same time as the stones inside the pot, a large amount of special metal balls and pebbles are mixed in proportion to each other and the device creates a rotating field between the stones and balls. The sharp edges of the stone are turned into a quarter circle and the surface of the stone turns into a worn state. Generally tumbled processing is used in the arrangement of French patterns. The use of tumbled stone is mostly used in and the exterior and interior building designs.
