What Is Red Travertine Brushed?
Red Travertine Brushed is produced with rotary abrasive brushes that move across the stone surface. The brushes act differently on the harder and softer mineral areas, removing loose material and forming a gently textured face.
Unlike a polished finish, brushing does not create mirror-like reflection. Compared with deep sandblasting or bush-hammering, the brushed surface normally feels softer and is easier to clean.
Natural Characteristics of Iranian Red Travertine
Red Travertine is a sedimentary natural stone composed mainly of calcium carbonate. Its red, orange and brown colors are associated with naturally occurring iron compounds. It is quarried in several regions of Iran, particularly around Azarshahr in East Azerbaijan Province.

Brushing Production Process

Clean Red Travertine Brushed with a soft brush or cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner intended for limestone or travertine. Do not use vinegar, acidic cleaners, abrasive powders or uncontrolled high-pressure washing.
